A return to the vast archive that resulted from my first project in Venezuela, representing a rather literal rummaging of my old pictures, as well as of my own memories of a lost landscape. Shown as a slideshow, it is a reevaluation of a material collected over the course of several years by seeing it with the added weight and distance of exile and of a life far away from the place these images depict.
This project is composed of a slideshow of 49 digital black and white pictures recorded onto slide film, as well as a preliminary version of the prose poem titled i've escaped, which was further expanded for the project swiss colours, fields.
